How much does a website cost?
A landing page starts at SAR 1,000. Multi-page sites are quoted on scope, and the cost per page falls as the site grows because the underlying system is already built. Salla and Zid stores are quoted separately, since that work is setup, theming and product content rather than building from nothing.
Every project is a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, and it does not move unless you change the scope.
Why is this cheaper than an agency?
Because there is no agency. Saudi agencies commonly quote SAR 8,000 to 20,000 for a small business website, and much of that covers offices, account managers, project managers and sales staff. Here there is one person working directly, using a faster build method. The saving is overhead, not corner-cutting.
What makes a lightweight website better?
Speed affects everything at once. Visitors leave pages that take several seconds. Google measures loading performance and uses it in ranking. AI crawlers abandon slow pages. And every second of delay wastes part of whatever you spend on ads, because people click and never arrive.
Sites here are hand-written HTML and CSS with no page builder and no plugin stack, so pages typically stay under 100 KB — a fraction of a comparable WordPress site.
What does AI optimised actually mean?
It means the site can be read and correctly understood by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, so your business can appear when someone asks one of them for a recommendation instead of searching Google.
In practice: content served as HTML rather than assembled by JavaScript, since most AI crawlers do not run it; structured data identifying what your business is, where it operates and what it offers; and pages written so the answer comes in the first sentence, because that is what a model extracts.
Will my site rank on Google?
The build removes the technical obstacles to ranking — speed, structure, indexing, structured data — which is more than most small business sites start with. It does not by itself create rankings. A new site competes against sites with years of history, and closing that gap is ongoing work. Anyone promising a specific position for a fixed fee is guessing.
Can you build an online store?
Yes, and for selling in Saudi Arabia the honest recommendation is usually Salla or Zid rather than a custom build, because Mada, STC Pay, Tabby and ZATCA-compliant invoicing are already solved there. The work becomes store setup, theming and product content, which is faster and considerably cheaper.
Can the site be in Arabic?
Yes, in Arabic, English or both. Arabic is built with genuine right-to-left layout and appropriate typography, not a mirrored English page, and each language gets its own indexable URL so both versions can rank.
How long does it take?
Days rather than the four to eight weeks normal in this market, because there is no queue, no handover between departments and no plugin stack to configure. The realistic limit is how quickly you supply content and approve the draft.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Domain and hosting stay in your own account and your own name, and you receive the files. No monthly platform fee, and nothing stops working if you stop working with me.
