Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Hala Creative ("we", "us") collects from visitors to halacreative.com and its Arabic pages, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We're a small marketing and creative practice based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and we only collect what we need to respond to your enquiries and run our advertising responsibly.
Information you give us
When you fill in the contact form on one of our service pages (Website & App Development, Digital Ads & Social Media Campaigns, or Branding & Visual Identity Design), we collect:
- Your name (business or personal)
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Which service page you submitted the form from
We use this to get back to you about your enquiry — nothing else. If you'd rather message us directly, every page also has a WhatsApp button; that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, some information is collected automatically as you browse:
- Meta Pixel & Conversions API. We use Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools to measure how well our ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. This sets the
_fbpand, if you arrive from a Meta ad,_fbccookies in your browser, and reports events to Meta — a page view, a WhatsApp button click, and (if you submit a form) a "lead" event. For the lead event, your email and phone number are one-way hashed (SHA-256) before being sent, so Meta never receives them in plain text. Your IP address and browser user-agent are also shared with Meta as part of these events, to help match them to the right ad. - Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google's font servers, which may log your IP address as part of delivering the font files, under Google's privacy policy.
- Standard server logs. Our web server and hosting provider (DigitalOcean) may keep short-term technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, as most hosting infrastructure does.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote for the service you asked about
- To measure and improve the performance of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- To show our ads to people who've already shown interest in our services (retargeting)
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement and retargeting, as described above
- DigitalOcean — our hosting provider, which stores our database and serves this website
We don't share your contact details with any other third party, and we don't use them for anything beyond what's described in this policy.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept in our database for as long as we might reasonably follow up with you or need them for our own records, and are only ever reviewed by us in our admin panel. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Cookies
Besides the Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) described above, our service pages set standard, functional Django cookies (csrftoken, sessionid) needed to submit a form securely; these aren't used for tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site still works, though the contact form may not submit without csrftoken.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at +966 54 690 2154 and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
Our services are aimed at business owners and marketers, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
