Ads built around one measurable action.

Digital ads management covers paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google for small businesses in Saudi Arabia. Every campaign is built around one measurable action — a call, a WhatsApp message, a form, a purchase — with tracking configured before spending begins, because a campaign you cannot measure is a campaign you cannot improve.

The uncomfortable part first

Most small businesses that tried ads and concluded they do not work were not beaten by the platform. They were beaten by three things that happen before the campaign starts.

The traffic had nowhere good to land, so people clicked and left. The creative was a product photo with a price on it, competing against content people actually chose to watch. And nothing was tracked, so nobody could tell which half of the budget was working and the whole thing was judged on a feeling.

Fix those three and the platforms work about as well as advertised. Skip them and no amount of budget or bid tuning compensates.

What is included

Tracking first
Pixel, conversion events and a defined action configured before spending starts. Without this you are buying impressions and guessing.
Creative produced here
Ad creative made rather than sourced from you — static, video, or AI-generated where a shoot is not practical. Creative is the biggest lever on cost per result.
Campaign build
Audiences, placements, budgets and structure set up for testing rather than one advertisement running until the money is gone.
Platforms
Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, and Google Search where people are actively looking for what you sell. Chosen on where your buyers are, not on all of them at once.
Arabic and English
Ad copy written natively in both. Translated ad copy underperforms, and in Arabic the difference is stark.
Monthly reporting
What was spent, what it produced, cost per result, and what changes next. In plain language, not a platform screenshot.

When ads are the right spend

And when the money is better spent elsewhere first.

Good timeRun ads now

  • You have a landing page or site that converts
  • You know roughly what a customer is worth to you
  • You can handle the enquiries if they arrive tomorrow
  • You have a specific offer, not just general awareness
  • You can commit to at least two or three months of testing

Not yetFix this first

  • No website, or a slow one — traffic will leak away
  • No brand yet, so the creative has nothing to look like
  • No capacity to answer enquiries quickly
  • A budget so small that testing is impossible
  • Expecting profit in week one — testing takes longer than that

How it runs

  1. Define the action

One measurable outcome, and what it is worth to you. Everything else is judged against that number.

  2. Set up tracking

Pixel and conversion events installed and verified before any spend. Non-negotiable.

  3. Build creative

Several variations, not one. Testing creative moves cost per result far more than adjusting bids does.

  4. Launch small, then scale

Start with a testing budget to find what works, then put money behind what does. Scaling an untested campaign is the fastest way to waste it.

  5. Report and adjust

Monthly, in plain language, including what did not work — which is usually the more useful half.

Ads pointed at a weak page do not fail slowly. They fail at exactly the speed you fund them.

Questions about digital ads

Which platforms should I advertise on?

It depends on whether people are searching for what you sell or discovering it. Google Search suits services people look for when they need them — maintenance, clinics, repairs. Meta and TikTok suit products and offers people discover while scrolling. Most small businesses should start on one, prove it works, and only then add another.

What is the minimum budget?

Small enough budgets make testing impossible, which is the real constraint rather than any platform minimum. Ad spend goes directly to the platform and is separate from management. The right figure depends on what a customer is worth to you, which is the first thing worth working out together.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. A percentage rewards spending more of your money, which is a poor incentive at small budgets. Management is a fixed monthly fee agreed in advance, and your ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform on your own account.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. Campaigns run inside your own Meta, TikTok or Google account with access granted to me. Agencies that run clients through their own accounts are holding the data and the history hostage.

How long before ads become profitable?

Testing usually takes a few weeks before there is enough data to judge anything, and profitability depends on your margins, your offer and your follow-up as much as the campaign. Anyone quoting a specific return before seeing your numbers is guessing.

Do you write the ads in Arabic?

Yes, written natively in Arabic rather than translated, including dialect where it suits the audience. Translated ad copy consistently underperforms, and in Arabic the gap is wide enough to change the economics of a campaign.
